3. Payment Terms

Customers are required to pay for services rendered by Plumbing and Gas Direct Limited according
to the following payment structure. An initial deposit of 30% is required upfront or within 10 days of
receiving the invoice. The second payment of 40% is due on its specified due date. The remaining
balance is due upon the day of completion or within seven days thereafter.

For urgent or smaller jobs, we offer a one-hour, paid-by-the-hour service. In such cases, payment is
required upon completion of the work, and our standard payment terms do not apply.

charges at a rate of [X]% per month after the due date. If payment is not received within the agreed

where a payment plan is in place (30% upfront, 40% halfway, and the remainder on completion), we
provide a 5-year, 10-year, or 15-year guarantee, depending on the specific agreement.

If we supply the materials for a project, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty. Any claims
related to defective parts must be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

5. Liability

Plumbing and Gas Direct Limited will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the
total cost of the services provided and does not cover any damages caused by third-party actions,
customer negligence, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as
natural disasters, supply shortages, or equipment failure. In the case of structural work, we will not
be liable for pre-existing conditions or defects in the property unless explicitly noted during the initial

inspection.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Once an agreement has commenced and a payment has been received, Plumbing and Gas Direct
Limited expects the full agreement payment to be made upfront in the event of a cancellation. This
is due to the time and effort already invested in the work. Therefore, customers are responsible for
paying the full bill, regardless of whether they choose to cancel the services after work has started.

For any cancellations prior to the commencement of work, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 33.33% of the service cost.
